Palace of versailles

Rabbids crash at the Palace of Versailles in a new mobile application –

Rabbids really move. They made their appearance in the Mushroom Kingdom, will take a trip to the stars in 2022, and from today, they take their antics to France, more precisely to the Palace of Versailles.

This is because Ubisoft has announcement a new mobile application in partnership with the Palace of Versailles, a game suitable for young audiences with the aim of giving children a “learning experience” through the gardens through ten mini-games in augmented reality.

The app is known as Rabbids @ Versailles, and is a free mobile game that was created not only to celebrate Rabbids’ 15th anniversary, but also as a sponsorship of the Palace itself. As for how it plays, it’s designed as a family-friendly scavenger hunt that tasks players with removing the Rabbids from the Palace grounds, while simultaneously following in the footsteps of Rabbid Louis XIV (a Rabbid version of the famed King French).

The catch with the experience is that it’s only playable within the palace grounds, as it uses geolocation to automatically activate all ten games through the app, with the games acting as a learning experience by providing players information about the surrounding areas while playing.

If you plan to visit the Palace of Versailles soon, you can download the application now from the App Store and Google Play Store, completely free of charge.
